like do you mean the size of the plastic tip part? or like acrylic or gel?
the sizing you just gotta try it on them and then see if it fits.. and acrylic vs gel. depends on their lifestyle and what they prefer.
acrylic is cheaper looks less natural but still look good and last less than gel.
gel a little more expensive lasts longer and looks more natural..
it really depends on the client.
