I am trying to save some money and not get artificial nails, but need a good topcoat to use to protect my nails which tear easily. I would appreciate any suggestions as to what brands or products to use that I can buy in a store like Sallys Beauty Supply or Walmart.No more artificial nails!!!?

anything with sally hansen is a really really good product and will work. just look through their collection and you'll find something for you.
To be honest, once youve gotten artifical nails constantly your nails are just ruined, because your nails get very fragile, and also fungi can get to your nails, be ause the water stays under the artifical nail until its removed... so try to keep up with your nails for a while, just take good care over them maybe a manicure every week with clear nail polish or no nail polish, and see how the results are...
